Public PropertyAlternateKeyGets or sets the alternate key, i.e. "Lang1" in if the added item is language handled.  
Public PropertyParameterValueGets or sets the parameter value, i.e. "123" in &ProductID=123.  
Public PropertyParameterValueHtmlEncodedGets the parameter value HTML encoded.  
Public PropertyQuerystringParameterGets or sets the querystring parameter, i.e. "ProductID" in &ProductID=123.  
Public PropertyUrlNameGets or sets the name of the URL, i.e. "MyProduct" in /MyProduct.aspx.
